Craving Change® Program

The Craving Change® program examines why you eat the way you do. It does not teach you what, when, where or how much to eat and is not a diet or weight loss program, but rather uses a cognitive behavioral approach to understanding why we make certain food choices.

The program consists of 4 parts:

  • Why it's hard to change - look at the reasons behind our choices
  • What needs changing- explore techniques to discover different triggers and learned behaviours
  • How you can change- learn different strategies and techniques for making changes
  • Keeping the change- review strategies to help maintain these changes
